About the Project
Corevia Technologies, a mid-sized software company, had scaled quickly from 30 to 150 employees in under 18 months. While revenue grew, leadership bottlenecks emerged: inconsistent communication, lack of middle management development, and rising internal conflict.
We were brought in to lead a 5-month Leadership Development Coaching program designed to help both senior and mid-level managers grow into confident, collaborative leaders.
The program combined one-on-one executive coaching with group training, feedback loops, and leadership labs. Sessions covered emotional intelligence, strategic delegation, vision communication, and change management.
