Valora, a regional retail chain specializing in home decor and furniture, faced mounting pressure from online competitors. Their processes were largely manual, customer data was underutilized, and online sales accounted for less than 5% of revenue.
Our strategic coaching intervention aimed to guide the executive team through a digital pivot — without overwhelming them or risking current cash flows. Over a 6-month engagement, we facilitated executive strategy sessions, mapped digital capability gaps, and coached department heads on cross-functional transformation.
