About the Project

NovaTech Systems, a mid-sized IT services company, struggled with fragmented leadership and unclear direction following a rapid growth phase. Employee satisfaction was dropping, mid-level managers lacked clarity, and strategic goals were inconsistently communicated.

Our coaching engagement began with a 360° leadership audit followed by intensive 1:1 executive coaching and group facilitation. The program was built around three pillars:

  1. Clarifying strategic priorities,

  2. Developing collaborative leadership behavior,

  3. Aligning KPIs with team objectives.

Over 5 months, we guided C-level and department heads through structured coaching sprints focused on trust-building, strategic mapping, and performance accountability.
