Refund and Returns Policy

At Alpha Prime Advisors, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and returns for both our printable educational products and digital e-books.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Downloadable e-books (PDF, EPUB, etc.)

  • Printable products such as reading kits, flashcards, and phonics lessons

  • Gift cards or promotional bundles

These items are delivered digitally and cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If you received a damaged or incorrect printed product, we’ll gladly exchange it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in its original condition. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • You purchased a digital product more than once accidentally

  • You received a defective or unusable file that we’re unable to replace

  • You purchased a physical item that arrived damaged or defective

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before your refund posts.

  3. Contact your bank for processing delays.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or promotional items are final sale and non-refundable.
